Buy Hcg
OK well I’m wondering because I had un-protected *** April 25th which would be almost 2 weeks ago. and On May 3rd I bought a test and it was negitive so I’m wondering if it was too early or not? I’m going to buy another one tonight and try it but I just wanted to know if you think it is to early, or do the HCG hormones show up within a week?

thanks in advance.

They say to wait 5 days after your missed period for best results. Or you could go to the doctor and get a blood test, which would be able to tell sooner than that. Good luck!

You have to wait until you are supposed to have your period. wait about 30 days from the start of your last period, and then take another one. I think that will give a more acurate reading.

It was early enough to result in a false negative. Try again in a few weeks if you have not started your period. I would try to wait a week after my period was due, but 3-5 days after should have an accurate result. Just make sure to be more careful next time!

Usually you have to wait until you miss your first period to be sure. When I was pregnant, it took almost a week after I was supposed to have my period for the other pink line to show up well. It depends on which test you purchase too, I’m sure.

EPT works 5 days before your missed period.

The new tests are advanced, you can take it up to 5 days before your period is supposed to start!

I would wait until the 14th, if you haven’t had your period by then, retake the test. You need to have enough hormones to show up, and one weeks time is not usually enough.

if you get a good test … like those First Response ones … they could detect it 5 days before your missed period.

Isn’t it funny how one night of pleasure could cause a month of worry! lol

it is probably too early. The earliest Home Pregnancy Test can detect 5 days BEFORE your missed period. So if you are expecting a period on the 15th you can test on the 10th, but for the most accurate results i would wait a day or two after the missed period.

“you should wait 19 days (or longer) after having *** to test. Why 19?! ***** can live approximately 5 days in the proper environment; if the ***** managed to live until you popped an egg, the actual conception could have taken place several days after the *** act that got the ***** there. To make sure you’re not testing too early, assume the ***** had very long lives (5 days is considered a very long ***** life) and that conception occurred then. Then allow 14 days for the embryo to implant and develop enough hCG to show up on a pregnancy test (96% of pregnant women will test positive by then.)”

You have to wait at least 5 days after your missed period.
You don’t even need to think about pregnancy until you don’t have a period, every time you have *** doesn’t mean that you are pregnant.

I think it was to soon you should wait two more week’s before you take another home test .Then the time would be right to see if your pregnant or not….Good luck!

There is no urine pregnancy test that will detect HCG within that short period of time. Some do claim that they will detect it earlier than others but when you read the small print it says 60% of the time. Unfortunately your best bet is to wait until the first day you miss your period. If you do get your period and it’s light or spotty – test anyway. Some women bleed during the implantation of the egg and other women have periods for the first couple months of pregnancy.
