Buy Hcg
Ok..I had an Hcg injection on Wednesday night @11pm…36 hours later on Friday, I had an IUI. I was told not to take a pregnancy test until April 20 due to the Hcg showing a false positive on a hpt. So, yesterday I told my husband I wanted to take one every other day to see when the test would turn negative and then back to positive (if I’m pregnant of course) or just stay negative. (I buy the $1 test from the dollar tree). So anyway…I took the test yesterday just 60 hours (2.5 days) from when I took the shot and it was negative. So, I took another one this morning and it was also negative.. I’m so confused. Should it not be positive for at least 10 days. I’m so afraid the trigger shot didn’t do what it was supposed to do…
Please advise..

HCG trigger shots are very effective and usually do what they are supposed to do . . . doctors say 10 days to be safe – they don’t want you becoming overly excited over a false positive due to the shot. Depending on the medication and dosage, the hcg shot may only in your system for a few days.

Good luck and loads of baby dust to you!
