Buy Hcg
so I ordered the HCG diet drops not too long ago and I’m going to start using them soon. I’m 18 years old (19 in august), female, about 125-130lbs, 5′2”-3”. I know 125 sounds small but since I’m so short, it just makes me look chunky and stubby. I want to be around 110 or so, to the point where I feel good in a bikini. I’ve tried eating healthy and exercising and stuff but no big differences.

Do you think being my age, height, and weight that the HCG diet is safe for me? I hear about more obese people doing this and people who need to lose 35+ lbs but what about 15-20 lbs like me? I just want to feel good about my body and feel confident and not always have to hide my stomach and buy baggy shirts. Know what I mean?

If anyone does think it’s safe, do you have any good recipes for the meat portions? I bought a George Foreman grill to grill meats, and of course my oven to bake. But does anyone know any good recipes out there? Because I know you can’t use alot of marinades and sauces and stuff like that.

THANK YOU!!!

Have you tried low carbohydrate diets? Did you record your calories and insure you ate the correct amount? HCG diets are considered rather dangerous if I remember correctly, only eating 500 calories a day. Perhaps you should try Atkins, or a Paleolithic diet. As for meat recipes I’d suggest just using seasonings, like Tex-Mex, Steak seasonings, and the like, as most sauces contain high fructose corn syrup and sugars. Also have you ever tried eating a diabetics diet? Eating foods with only low to medium glycemic indexes? I’d **** to see you lose your health just to look better when proper nutrition could make you shed the pounds in just 10 or so weeks, with or without exercise.

Hello! If you are 100% sure that the drops you bought are legitimate, then your age will not present a conflict. If you bought them on eBay, Craig’s List, or from a non-reputable website, you cannot be sure there is HCG in your drops. You’ll know you’re not getting scammed when you see pictures of the company owners and staff, as well as full contact information (not a PO box).

If you’re not 100% sure, here’s a comparison chart that shows you what to look for:

In Pounds & Inches, Dr. Simeons writes about treating teens who have begun menstruating. We always recommend that pre-adolescent girls do a doctor-directed program to be monitored. Always consult your doctor before embarking on any weight loss program. It’s good to have baseline blood tests and health stats for comparison purposes.

There are many great recipes online. Just search for VLCD recipes or HCG Protocol recipes. I’ve included a few at the end of this answer. For many more, go to Facebook and search for MyHCGPlus and click on the Discussions tab.

It is critical to have knowledgeable and experienced guidance while on the HCG Protocol. You need a place where you can ask questions and download important resources that will get you through this successfully. Good, knowledgeable support is actually not very common when you look at all the amateur websites that have popped up in the last 6 months. Be sure to look for a company that demonstrates care and concern for their clients…not one that just tries to sell you something.

The first thing you’ll want to do is download and read Pounds and Inches, by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, the originator of the HCG Protocol, which has been used worldwide since the 1950s. The link is referenced below.
